Matrix Plumbing are rock stars. They have provided me with excellent service on three different plumbing emergencies. The first two were slab leaks in the middle of the house. The third involved the inspection of my home prior to its sale. Jason did an excellent job in a very timely manner at a reasonable fee. I had a fantastic experience with Matrix Plumbing! We submitted a claim through insurance and the adjuster sent them to us to find the leak and do a full report. They tested my home's plumbing system and quickly identified that I had cast-iron pipes with a break under the kitchen. Jason reviewed our options and worked with our budget beyond what insurance gave us. Instead of drilling through the kitchen floor, they accessed the issue from outside, minimizing reconstruction hassles. The dig crew w Daniel and repair plumber Eddie were professional, precise and didn't leave a mess! We decided to replace all the cast-iron pipes in the house which definitely needed to be done, making it a better investment as we prepare to sell next spring. We’ve had our water heater for 12 years and knew this day was coming! Noticed my hot water had a rusty tint lately, and found sediment and rust buildup at the bottom of my water heater and it kept getting worse. Friend referred us to Matrix Plumbing and they came out, assessed the situation, and replaced the unit efficiently w a new Bradford White unit w a great warranty and Bradford White gave us cash back for the purchase! Jason was awesome- explaining our options and following up after to make sure we loved our new purchase! Great experience from start to finish — very professional and did a fantastic job. Five Stars to Matrix Plumbing for sure. Called Matrix Plumbing for a suspected leak in my older Northwest Dallas home — so glad I did. I’d heard they were great with leak detection, and they lived up to the reputation. Tech Jason came out and quickly discovered it was actually my old water heater that was the culprit. He got me set up with a new one — best warranty in the business, plus cash rebates — and had it installed the same day. Veronica in the office made everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend Matrix Plumbing! As a new homeowner, I noticed a concerning leak and wasn’t sure what I was dealing with. Our technician, Eddie, was fantastic. He replaced the line and got our pressure back to normal in no time.
